Melanie,
I was away on vacation and couldn't always check in here, so I was dying to see how Ginger's doing. Sounds like she could use some extra hugs, along with mommy, too! Poor girl...Cadence always got upset if she had an accident in the house, too. I always told her it didn't matter and that she was a good girl. It breaks your heart when they're sad b/c you're sad enough for the both of you. She may just not be feeling very well right now--lack of energy, lack of sleep, etc. Just give her lots and lots of lovin' from Mommy and that will help her to feel better. Extra treats work wonders, too. I've been giving Colby and Skye a concoction I found here that has yogurt, pnut butter, bananas, and Cheerios. They absolutely love it! Maybe something like that will cheer her up a bit.
I found myself examining Cadence's lumps every day and I had a hard time telling if they had grown or not. My fiance always told me to stop looking so hard, but I couldn't help myself. I just think it's the Mommy way!
I know how frustrating this whole ordeal is for you and for Ginger. Don't give up! There are such things as miracles, so don't give up that you may get one. Cadence sends Ginger her angel kisses from the Bridge, and Colby and Skye send her lots of happy wiggles. I send you and Ginger a very BIG hug. Keep us posted on your vet visit.
