Wondering how the "Warrior Girl" is doing today? Will she be going to see Grandma and Grandpa this weekend for some R&R or will she being staying at home and resting? Give us an update when you can and we are praying for you!

Just checking in to see if there was an update. I have a lot of errands and then will be babysitting my grandsons for a few hours so most likely won't get to check back in until later this afternoon. Miss Josi will be in my thoughts as always. I know this has to be so hard for you and Brian, Staci. I wish none of us ever had to through this with our kids. It's heartwrenching and we all feel the pain when another is hurting. Hugs coming to you today.....

You all are amazing Josi is still fighting and doing about the same or maybe a little better. Her daddy stayed home with her this morning while I went into work and we just switched up and now I am home with the baby. She continues to eat and drink very well and we are trying to keep her resting which she is doing. Her gums still go very white, but they appear to be a little pinker when in a resting state. As it stands right now, we will not be taking her over to her grandparents tomorrow b/c it is just too much activity for her just getting in and out of the car would over do it. Plus she follows grandma around like a puppy dog and would get no rest so she will have to settle for her mommy tomorrow. If she hopefully appears to start recovering we definitely would like to bring her on Sunday b/c those visits really seem to lift her spirits. If that is not possible, maybe Brian and I can entice his parents to come over for a good dinner so Josi can still get her visit. I will post again with another update and keeps those prayers coming for the "warrior princess" and thank you for my hugs....they help bring me comfort

So glad to hear that Josi, The Warrior Princess, is hanging in!! I've told friends about her, so now she has even more vibes going out to her, and many thoughts and prayers for all of you. I hope that today will bring more improvement, and that you all will enjoy a nice quiet weekend together. I keep Josi in my heart lovicon and send hugs to all of you.

Warrior Princess is still fighting and appears to be improving Her gums are still not "rare", but they have moved from well done to medium. I don't want to jinx anything but I think she maybe warding off another bout. Brian and I talked about grandma's house tonight and we decided that if she is continuing to improve we will take her over there b/c Josi would not want to miss out. since Josi got sick we have always said it is about quality of life and we will not deprive her of what she loves best...her grandma Warrior Princess is hearing your prayers and once again truly amazes me with her sheer desire to live on. Thank you for continuing to check in on us and I will post again tomorrow morning with hopefully an even better update...
