I am so very sorry. This is sounding around lke the way went my first dog, a 93 lb Rottie. She died from a bone marrow disease. The reason I tell you this is because I just want you to remember the life she was and not focus on wha has happened. :( We are all here for you, please do not forget that.

I am so lucky to have you all here for support, love, and understanding...thank you is not enough, but I don't know what else to say. Josi had a good night under the circumstances...continued to eat, drink,go to the bathroom, and sleep well. Her gums are still fairly pale this morning so my guess is she probably has a slow bleed, but who knows. I left her oncologist a voicemail this morning and an emergency doctor just called back and said Dr.McFadden (the oncologist) said she would be happy to see her bright and early Monday morning. Although I know there is nothing she can really do, it may help us to get a clearer picture of what is going on or should I say timeframe, but I will leave the decision to Josi on whether she wants to go tomorrow. It is so hard to watch her because she is still fighting so hard with such a spirit to keep on living, unfortunately her body is fighting against her. We have fought so many battles successfully with Josi it is just so hard to sit here helplessly knowing this is one we just can not fight. I continue to read all her get well messages from her buddies to her and I swear it is if she knows and feels the love. Everytime I start crying which is just about every minute my precious baby licks away my tears as if to say do not cry mommy, when it is my time all the boxers who went before me will show me the way. Josi is our first baby and as you can tell our lives revolve around her. We can't even think of how empty and sad our home will be when she is no longer around. Ok no more negative...continue to send your love and positive vibes her way. I think her grandparents are going to come over today to visit which will most definitely bring a pep in her step. I will post again later.

Of course we continue to send our love, prayers, hugs, kisses and wiggles her way. She is such a fighter. Aus is my first baby, too, so I know how you feel. And at 10, and with his cancer history it's always in the back of my mind. ((((hugs)))) to all of you.

I am glad to hear that Josi's spirit stayed strong through the night. And she is right, there will be a sea of faces that look like hers when she finally has to cross the bridge. She won't be lost and she will be in good company. I am continuing to say lots of prayers for Ms Josi, she is such a strong girl! Take care.

Josi had a wonderful visit with her grandparents today...from the minute grandma came inside, she would not let her out of her sight and continously pawed and swatted at her to rub her bully...and ofcourse she obliged! Her gums appear to have a little more color to them and she even just decided to bury her head into her toy bin and pull out a sweaky toy for a short playtime. I am honestly at a loss for words!?! Her will to survive is just truly amazing. It is so hard to believe that something awful is going on inside of her when she is putting up such a good front for her mommy and daddy, I know she just doesn't want us to worry. While I know there is nothing the doctors can do tomorrow, I still plan to take her if that is her plan to hopefully find out what may lie ahead for us over the next days or with her who knows maybe weeks. Gosh I wish there was something I could do she still has so much life to live and love to give. As always you all are absolutely amazing and your boxers are very lucky to be apart of your families. I will keep you posted...
