Please pray for Josi

I wish I could post that Josi was continuing to recover like she appeared to be early last night, but she appears to be fighting a bigger bleed now. We have been up off and on since about 3am. with her throwing up about every hour or so. She is breathing very heavy and I don't even have to tell you the color of her gums. It seems like a re-enactment of almost two weeks ago. She is more alert than last time and drinking water on her own from the bowl, but wants nothing to do with any food. Her body temperature seems warm which is good, but I have her bundled up in a blanket just in case. I was so hoping she would have an enjoyable weekend and now she is faced with fighting another strenous battle so shortly after the last one. Brian and I are definitely a bit calmer this go around, but it is just tearing our hearts:( Please continue to send out all those BW prayers and vibes ~ Warrior Princess needs somemore. I will keep you posted throughout the day...

Bumping up the prayers and vibes for Josi Girl. I'm sorry to hear the latest, Staci, and know this is so hard on you and Brian. May love, comfort and peace be with you - that is my prayer for all of you. We are right there with you.

Not too much of a change in Josi's condition, but she has been throw-up free since about noon and finally sleeping comfortably pant free ever since. I just ran up to the store and bought a liter of pedialyte hoping that will help her out a little. Like the good girl she is, she took it like a champ from the syringe. I hope that will boost her electrolytes and at the very least calm her stomach. She did take a pee for Brian and I about 11am. so that it a plus. Her belly does seem pretty full and no change in the color of her gums or tongue. We will continue to keep her resting and rub and kiss on her. She has proven her fighting strength time and time again, so I have no worries that if she can battle back from this one...she will do her best. Thank for the extra prayers and support...they most definitely help keep me going on a not so good day. I will post again a bit later with another update.
