I came across Miss Josi's thread that morning just like any normal morning and it just clicked to me, that while I was catching up on other posts that were made , I was so nervous about being in the dark for our plans that day, that a lesson that Josi had sent to all of us thru her courage was coming thru LOUD AND CLEAR!!! appreciate, love and live it to the fullest... and that's what I did... it was a lovely evening, grandparents came over to watch the kids including my Rocky and Hershey and holding Josi's love for life in my heart and mind just made me enjoy the surpises ahead of me that day...

I love reading what you all did and how you enjoyed your time, your posts about your baby just ooze love out of them and it's no secret how much you all love each other...

Keep updating us as time permits and know we love Miss Josi like she is part of the family...

Just caught and read this thread. I am so glad Josi is doing better. Reading about her struggle to live, brought back bittersweet memories of my babies now at the bridge. But our babies are truly amazing, and I am so glad to have had them in my life, they make it so much better. Their will to live is so incredible, that we must take the time and learn from them. I hope Josi has many fun filled days ahead with you and Brian and her grandparents. I too had a diva-Greta. All I can say is, "you go girl!" If one can be soulmates with a dog, Greta was my soulmate. It sounds like Josi is the same. Love her and be happy! lovicon

I see A LOT of grace in the way that you are living life with Josi, and it brings tears of happiness to me for you - there will come a day when you will look back on NOW and be so glad, not only for the time but for how you lived it, loving your Precious Girl. I know she is an inspiration to you, just like my baby boy was to me. Six months ago, I knew he wouldn't be with me long, and I wanted every moment to count - and it did because he was my joy, my dearest love and we were together....can't beat that combination for some good living! Wooh Wooh...tomorrow is Friday and then the weekend is here! I am pleased to tell you all that Josi has had another great week. Unfortunately it has started to rain today and is supposed to last through Saturday so that won't make the baby girl happy, but I'm sure we will find a way to enjoy ourselves inside. First thing on the agenda tomorrow night is a bubble bath and we promised her a grandparent visit sometime this weekend since she didn't get one last weekend. With all this yucky weather ahead, I am hoping to get a few recent pictures uploaded of my little fighter As always thank you for continuing to keep us in your thoughts and prayers...it is much appreciated!

Just thought I would drop by and say "HI" from Josi and I. It is rainy, but warmer here and Miss Thing is having a guard dog fit because we have workers here today pressure washing our home. I'm not too sure who or what she thinks she is protecting b/c the minute I let her out there she is all wiggles and licks. I do have to say that since her sickness she has become a lot more watchful than she used to be. Other than that we are enjoying our day by snuggling and snacking We have been in the kitchen marinading away b/c grandma and grandpa are coming over here tomorrow instead. Josi was happy when mom was slicing the raw tilipia and a few pieces accidently dropped. We will drop in again later...
