I think this is a great idea, I honestly do.
It will educate people to research breeders etc.
The REALITY & TRUTH though is that Oprah (as amazing as she is IMO) can NOT "FIX" this problem. She can not "do away" with BYB......but you can!!
Petition your local city & state governments to change the RULES on how these people are dealt with. We can shut down one and days later they can open up shop down the street!! Our states dont have enough money allocated for the man power to stay on these people, petition for more money, petition for harsher sentences, petition to make a "list" of offenders....etc change starts with US and what WE are willing to do about the situation.
You all know, we would watch this Oprah show and be just devistated by what we saw, we would be mad, distraught and in disbelief and then we will feel impowered to do something about it........ til the next day.
Why would it take an Oprah show to tell you what you already know and should do if you really wanted to??
