Oh Susi, I am so sorry. My heart is breaking all over again. I know that Indy will be looking for Cami. We had lots of talks about you two and all the advice and encouragement that we received from you guys during our battle. I know you are exhausted and would give anything for "just one more day". Know you did EVERYTHING you could and that Cami is running and playing with all our beloved boxers. You need to take care of yourself and your husband. The pain will ease. May all of your good memories carry you through this difficult time.

This is so heartbreaking to all of us who never even met that sweet , wonderful Boxer, I can't imagine how you and your husband are feeling. As I sit here with my two baby boys all curled up next to me, I cry at what you and Cami have been through, the pain you are feeling now must be unmeasurable. Susi, please know that we are all feeling your loss and I for 1 will be praying for you to have the strength to endure until the pain lessons and all the wonderful memories can come rushing in. What a wonderful life Cami had, and think about all the sunshine she will now bask in. Run free and happy Cami, we all miss you dearly.

Many thanks for the continued support.
It will be 5 weeks on Wednesday since losing Cami.
Each day fills like it takes an eternity to get through and it seems like forever since I held her in my arms.
We still continue to get sympathy cards from people when they find out about Cami. Just today we got one from the neighbors who live behind us who always gave her tomatoes from their garden. We use to have a garden but she was forever helping herself to veggies. We finally stopped planting one since her insistence on becoming a gardener wasn't conducive to humans having anything!
If it's OK I wanted to share a couple of pictures of her enjoying a green tomato.
She always made me smile. I don't do much of that anymore.
