A spoonful (not dripping off the edges) of raw honey takes my sweet tooth away. It's good for you too, has natural antibacterial properties.

I know the perfect thing for that sweet tooth. My mom goes to weight watchers and they have these bars that are only 2 points they are sooooooo GOOD!!! I especially like the chocolate crisp flavor just out of the freezer but they also have mint chocolate among a few others. They only come 4 to a box and they are $5 for a box but ONE will take that sweet tooth away! I go into weight watchers and buy them all the time and get funny stares cuz I am not a member.:) Give them a try they are so good.

I tried it .....and went bonkers!!!!!!!! I am 5'11 and I need my carbs.....ok call me a junkie but can't go without pasta, potatos and bread!!!
I have been losing weight by going to the gym 4-5 times a week. Even if you can't do that then walk around your house anything to get your heart a pumping.
Good luck

I can only speak for myself, but carbs are a big weight gainer with me. If i even look at a noodle after 3pm I gain 5 lbs!!! I try to NEVER eight potatoes, bread, pasta ect after 3pm.. I will have a high carb lunch. This way my body has plenty of time to burn off the calories and i benefit from the Fuel energy.... Also I do not eat after 5pm. I have stuck with this for years and have managed to stay at my ideal weight after losing ALOT of weight. I eat whatever i want during the day, even sweets but at 3 I stop eating...If I'm going completely insame for a piece of cake at night I just hold of until the next day to eat it... i have been known to eat a huge slice at 7am for breakfast, but I know I will burn it off during the day rather than it sitting in my stomach at night and turning to "the F word" (FAT)...............
Should a craving for sweets happen after 3 then I might have a small bowl of sweeten cereal (also helps with the crunchy cravings)with skim milk or a bowl of the fat free sugar free ice-cream..

And if you buy honey that is made locally to your area it also helps with seasonal allergies.

FYI, as for me, I'm a Weight Watchers gal. I lost 53 pounds on the plan 11 years ago, and just went back because over the 11 years I managed to put 18 of it back on. I wasn't going to let it creep up on me again like last time. Weight Watchers really helped me to make better food choices for life and I credit them with the success of my keeping most of the weight off over the years. Do I still eat junk? You betcha!! I just eat smaller portions.
