New puppy to my house

I just picked up a 6 week old girl from the shelter. Her name is Leila.
She is replacing a sheltie that was a family pet for 11 years. Sadly,We had to put him down.
I have three children who are now seeing that raising a puppy is a responsabilty and a joy.
My family and I will learn alot from your question already asked and Im sure I will have a few of my own.
