Hello All,
My wife and I have wanted to get a boxer for quite some time. We originally hoped to get a puppy, as our son is a little skiddish around dogs, but we came across an adult boxer that we couldn't pass up.
Apparently his owners foreclosed on their home and he was taken to a shelter. We're told by his fosters that they found him at the shelter the same day he was to be euthenized. Supposedly he is Certified but the papers would not be released to the fosters unless he was neutered first.
We picked him up last night so we haven't had a lot of time with him yet, he appears to be house trained fairly well. When it was time for bed he walked in his crate and didn't cry or have an accident through the night. He seems to be getting a long with all of us so far and hasn't shown any sign of aggression.
