Boxer Insane
Let me start this thread by placing the blame on LJ Nash 
, a fellow poster at BW. I read the great post LJ put up about a new rescue and it reminded me I had not looked at Green Acre Boxer Rescue in a long time. So I did, bad LJ, bad (rofl).
Well I was in love with the two puppies that where Boxer mixes named Mindy and Sabrina. I had some long talks with my wife and the largest sticking point (she is not a dog person, but LOVES our Jedi) was her not wanting to go through that young puppy phase again.
I had already sent in an application and inquired about the two little ladies and after that, the conversation about my wife not wanting to go through puppy pains again was made clear.
Back to the website and there he was, Moses lovicon. Now I know Moses might have others already interested in him or some other issues might occur but my wife and I sat down and discussed him and she gave the green light to go visit and check him out! I am so excited. Moses is about 3-4 months older then Jedi, a perfect playmate.
My wife is not excited over a second dog (she is still adjusting to the fact she has one and actually enjoys him,
) but knows I do the work cleaning/feeding and training (she does some of the training also). I do most of the play with him but she plays with him every day (keep in mind I am the home maker and she has the job). She is willing to check him out and as long as she feels comfortable with him, should give the green light. WOOHOO.
I sent my e-mail to GABR and asked about him and now I am just waiting to see how it plays out. If it is not meant to be I will understand and keep waiting for that perfect second Boxer addition to the house to rescue me from only have one.
