Need opinion naming after boyfriend

Oh my gosh! I bet you guys were surprised! Maggies a cute name, we were hoping to get a female this time, but believe it or not picked out a male again, dont know why. Me and my daughter are over run by the boys in the family....ha ha! We had a male dog, but he passed away in Feb. So we're taking the plunge again, the house isnt the same. 2 more weeks, cant wait!

What about Meeko? my boyfriend's name is also Michael, but he goes by Miko...plus it is the name of that cute little racoon from pocahontis (sp?)

It is cuter than Michael....plus then your boxer has a doggie name (don't tell my boyfriend that ) not a human name. Just a thought

It really boils down to... Who is the good Mikey and who is the bad Mikey?

I have found that having two dog who's names sound kind of similar can be difficult when calling them. If you ever call Mikey, Maggy may get confused. I would stter clear personally and come up with an alternative.
