Julie, I'm crying tears of joy for you. You know I went to the Boxer website and saw Deeg was gone and I prayed it was you who took him. Don't worry Magic will be right there to teach him the ropes. Your girl is with you forever. I'm happy for you, a new baby makes the pain easier to take and Magic will never be replaced. You know I feel the same way as you in regards to BW it saved my life. I'll be waiting for those proud new mommy pictures. Deeg will grow up to be a wonderful boy rescued ones are always grateful.

Having a boxer at our house again has been quite an experience. Deeg is very playful. In fact, so playful that he has selective hearing. Play first, family members second. I guess you know that we have lots to work on.

Hi Faith and Jazzy,
Deeg is ok. He is a little wilder than what I first thought. I seem to have forgotten how to train a teenager puppy. I got Magic when she was Deeg's age, she did not seem to be as wild as he is. He also challenges us a lot. I find myself overwhelmed and tired at times as I spent 4 months night and day taking care of Magic during her illness. I was in a state of fear and constant sorrow during those 4 months while I was trying to save her. Now, I have a completely new set of problems...a teenager boxer. I think Deeg has a lot of potential; he just needs lots of training. I love to see him happy; he is one happy camper! He loves to play, play, play! He is such a good boy in so many ways. He is just a puppy who did not get much training.
I live in Coos Bay but we will be moving to Eugene in December. I love the Portland area. I would rather move there than Eugene but my husband’s job is located closest to Eugene.
