This is such an awful thing to happen to your babies and your family. I am so very sorry. I think that you are so right that you have to let go of your anger because it would just be detremential to your family.
However if this vile person is not held responsible he/she may do this to another family and someone else's beloved dogs. Would it be possible to write letters to your police deaprtment or local media to light a fire under them to find out who did this?
Maybe even a small reward for info leading to the arrest of this person. Someone in your neighborhhod must know or have seen something.
I would just hate for this person to cause this kind of pain to anyone else.

I am so very sorry for your loss. It is very tough for you and your family. I personally like to think that our boxer babies are taken because God ( or whatever higher power you believe in) needed someone to take care of a little boy or girl who passed. To me this seems like the best comfort. When my little rescue cat passed away, my neice told me that our granny wanted a cat and really liked him so she asked him to come live with her in heaven. And no matter how tough it was not to have him around, i could never deny my grandmother anything! It sure makes me feel better knowing he is there helping her. I hope that it helps you and your family in the same way.
Also, one thing i did with my son when my grandmother passed was make a little scrapbook of all the pictures and little bits and pieces of the memories i had of her. It seemed to help my son feel a little peace and now he has a book of memories of her whenever he wants to spend a little time with her. This may help your children when ya'll are ready. I am so very sorry for your tragic lose. I know that I cannot say anything to really comfort you but please know that you and your family are in my heart right now.

Please take notice that sometimes theives do things to animals to get rid of them before a break in. Has there been any burglaries in your neighborhood? When you do go out of town please have someone watch your house. I don't want to worry you but it just made me wonder.

I don't know how I missed this post until now... I am truly very sorry for your loss. I cannot even imagine it. You are a strong person to not let the anger and hatred eat you up. I wish there was anything comforting to say to help but at least you know your two babies are together to keep each other company at the bridge. I always have beleived that if the love was not great, the pain would not be so hard to bear. I am terribly sorry for your family, what a horrible thing to go through. My prayers are with you that you may find some comfort in Tanner and in each other this holiday season.

OMG! I just now saw your post and I am so very sorry that you lost your precious babies. I cannot even begin to imagine what you and your family are going thru right now. I am in tears...I cannot believe anyone would be so sick to have caused your dogs to consume anti freeze...may he rot in hell for this...I am a firm believer in what comes around goes around...he will get his in the end...

I'm so sorry for what you are going through. I have recently lost a very beloved family member and I understand the pain especially with the holidays around the corner. I can't understand why anyone would want to hurt an animal especially a boxer. Some people have no souls. My heart and prayers go out to you and your family.

I am very sorry for your extreme loss. It must be extremely hard dealing with your situation at this time. It is tragic that there are such sick people in this world who would so something that mean to a dog. If you ever find the person who did this to you...well I just know I'd force feed them some anti-freeze, see how they like it...sick sick people!!!!
