How many boxers/skin kids do you have?

I have one puppy (Tucker), and would love to get a second. I don't have any skin kids yet but I'm trying to convince Tony that its' time. I think it would be easier to convince him to get another boxer than it will be to have a baby!! His comments are "all the work that a puppy was, imagine what a baby would be like", he's got a point I suppose but a least all you have to worry about with a baby is diapers.

Who know's maybe I'll be lucky and get both!!LOL!

just one to start with

Right now the count is just one furkid, no skinkids.

But sometime within the next year, we hope to have two furkids and at least one skinkid (my husband swears we're going to have twins when the time comes, so who knows?).

For the timebeing, we're practicing spoiling Riley rotten, and trying to learn how to maintain discipline while we're wrapped around the finger(paw) of the cutest little face we've ever seen. If we can get a handle on that, we may be ready to try the skinkid thing!

My 2 fur-babies are my kids

All we want is what we have! No human babies for us! We frequently confuse friends and family when we refer to our boxers as "babies" or "kids". I swear we've gotton so many strange looks from people in the grocery store when one of us asks the other a question like..."Did you set food out for the kids before we left?"

My furbabies don't realize they're not humans so I think I've done a wonderful job in "raising" them!!!!

Well I am surrounded by Boxers now. I have three (no skin kids) and my best friend has a four year old flashy fawn and my brother just got Mia, flashy Brindle. Life is grand.

Hey just wanted to add my .2 I have an 18 month old son and a 4 month old brindle pup. And I must say they are great together...all I have to do is give the kid (skin) a flashlight and they will play together for hours with Maximus attempting to catch that irritating ball of light that is chasing him around the room. I even have this on mpeg. Well back to work - ah hell who am I kidding, I'm not doing a thing..also if there is anyone willing to share a little space I would love to post a couple of pics so the board could check out my good fortune!

My sister had a dwarf rabbit, named "The Kids". She'd confuse people all the time!
"Can you believe it?! The Kids crawled up in my mattress lining and pooped, then chewed through an electical cord!"
