Your post brought tears to my eyes as well! What a wonderful message she sent to both you and your husband. Even though it's hard to lose them, it's amazing when we get signs from them.
The night I put my baby down, and the moment I walked outside of the vet's office, it had started to rain (wasn't raining before I got out there as the concrete was dry)...I stood outside next to my car letting the rain fall on my face while I was crying...the instant I got into my car (maybe a whole 2 minutes later)-the rain had stopped completely and it didn't rain again that night. I felt that was my baby crying along with me. :( My heart still hurts even 6 months later.
