Hello all,

My name is Rachael and I am very excited to announce that my family and I will be getting a boxer puppy around Christmastime! I am also looking forward to sharing with everyone on this board.

I am a veteran boxer owner, having grown up with them until I moved away for college. My husband and I have been dogless for a few years and I have been yearning for a boxer in earnest for a year now. My husband has never owned one before and does not yet realize their all around fantastic-ness ;) I'm sure he will be hooked in no time, just like the rest of us.

I can't wait to read all of your stories and get to know you all!

How funny I too was a veteran with my husband being s newby. It has been almost as much fun watching my husband as Jada. He is in constant awe of her personality. He was not really a dog lover more a liker but Jada changed all that he totally lives and spoils her now.

Surprise!

Well he WAS going to be a Christmas puppy but my Mom and hubby surprised me with him this weekend! Never in my life have I been so surprised! His name is Monroe, and he's a flashy fawn, docked, and we will leave his ears floppy. :) I'm in love!
