this doesn't apply THAT much but its still an inspiring story

WARNING its long.
my dad was really rebellious and angry when he was in his late teens, he ran away from home and lived on the street for a long time. he met my mum when he was about 20, and they got married and had me two years later (im 15 now). my mum worked and my dad stayed home with me. they didn't have a car, so they had to walk everywhere (this was in mississauga sp? so there wasn't great public transport like in toronto). so yeah we were basically living in this tiny apartment, barely enough money to feed ourselves. my dad started working, and a couple years later we moved in with my grandparents (dad's parents) in ottawa, my lil brother was born, then two years later my parents bought they're first house. my dad went from barely enough money to feed himself, to BUYING (not renting) his own house in the span of a couple years. and note that MY BROTHER AND I NEVER NOTICED THAT WE WERE POOR. we always got lots of presents at christmas and birthdays, we were never hungry, imagine how much my parents sacrificed for us to never notice what was going on!
so now he was working, and my mum stayed home with us. well he worked so darn hard that now we live in a beautiful home in toronto, my dad has his own company and he's raking in the dough, all due to his own hard work. he has just bought a 61" big screen tv (a big dream of his,

) and he says that a porche is next :P (we calculated that the tv was about 2% of the cost of a porche, but we can all have dreams eh? after all, they seem to come true) and last summer, my parents sent me to spend a month in guatemala and honduras (not cheap!). also my mum has been attending university for the last three years, which is also NOT CHEAP.
so yeah thats my inspiring story of the year. im very proud of my parents, i can't imagine any better role models than them!!! i hope everything works out for you!! good luck!!
