for those with more than one boxer, do they fight over toys?

No, my two do not fight over toys, they just both grab the same one and pull until it falls apart. Therefore, I have learned to buy ropes and things of this nature so they can just pull.... stuffed animals usually last about 10 minutes.

Good Luck!

2 BTs, not boxers...same issues

I don't have 2 boxers; that would be my daughter who just adopted her 2nd. But my 2 bostons have the same problem. Lulu, the younger one, always, ALWAYS has to have whatever Sadie has and Sadie is really good about just giving it up. But if Lulu has something Sadie wants, Sadie just picks up any old toy and of course Lulu drops whatever she has and runs over to take from Sadie...then Sadie does a mad dash and grabs what Lulu dropped! Pretty smart, my Sadie is! Then Lulu gets all pouty and just lies on the rug like she doesn't have 50 other things to chew on/play with.
Many times Lulu, with a toy on tow, will smash into Sadie, letting her know it's time for a tug-of-war! Of course Lulu always wins (Sadie such a softy) but they have a ball together with much grunting and growling.
I think Bostons are really miniature versions of boxers!

Yep our boys fight over toys, if Bauer has it Cooper wants it... Cooper has it Bauer wants it. If they actually get it, and the other goes to something else, they want that... it's never ending! :)

Leila is the agressor in our home. I will give them each something and she will take Oscar's treat, lay on it, eat her then get up to then devour his. She is bratty! Oscar just lets her. Leila loves to chew on random things Oscar only pretends to want what she has if he is not getting enough attention from her.

I let our pick out toys at the store. But they play nicely together. When we give them a new wobbie they take turns ripping it apart. Our two will fight over big basketballs or soccerballs but usually they like different things.

Leila chews everything from water bottles to hair brushes. Oscar is not into chewing he just watches her or lays with the cats.

So no advice to give ours just don't really fight.

I gave up buying two of each toy as they just have a tug of war over whatever they are playing with. Usually Finn gives up and goes to lie down only to be hit on the head by Star when she drops the toy for him. Only for it all to start again :)

Seems to depend on the time of day here! Sometimes one can have a toy
ALONE - but sometimes everyone wants the same toy! They are too much fun and SO entertaining!

Oh yes! Water bottles and hair brushes, hand brooms, and scrub brushes! Also among the favorite toys around here! They're going to be boarded this weekend and they told me to bring a familiary toy for them to play with. Do you think they would think odd of me if I brough a spoon and a hairbrush? HAHAHA, boxers are too silly!

same here - quit buying 2 of everything when i realized that regardless of what it is they always want what the other has :) but it does sound pretty mean when they're playing hard!!

I have the same issue in this house and they always seem to want what the other one has and they take it back and forth from each other and I wish I knew how to stop it.

I always feel bad because Syd (3 month's old) will have a toy and whether Sam (11 1/2 month's old) wants it or not she will take it away from him and just goes and drops it somewhere til Syd gets a different toy and the saga goes on and on and on!

There is no winning in this house.
