 We have two girls, one 2½ and one 10 weeks and yes, both sleep in the bed with me and my husband. Since he is a night worker, neither of us are to terribly squeezed except on his nights off. Before we got our baby, Lily Pearl, we purchased a king size bed to accomodate the extra guest. However, neither Lily or Lucy are considerate bed buddys. I love sleeping with my little girls and would never have it any other way

Lucy Belle: 2½ year old flashy fawn, uncropped ears, docked tail
Lily Pearl: 10 week old white, uncropped ears, docked tail

Frito Bed Buddy!

I voted that Niko sleeps with us.

She was about 2 months old, my hubby worked in a different state, so it was natural to 'ask' her to come up with me. She is 6 yrs now, and she sleeps with us every night. She snores, poots, and has that 'boxer smell' which I heard the smell is like fritos and or popcorn .. think about it! She cuttles with my back, bum, and legs. She lays between my legs, and puts her head on my thigh, she puts her head on my hubbys foot. She likes to get under the blankets. She is a bed sheet hoarder. She also likes to sleep in my girls bed. You say to her ' lets go to bed' she waits in the hall for me, then stands at the end of the bed, and waits for me to say 'come on' and pat the bed, she then gets up. She'll huff loudly if we sit in bed and talk or watch some tv. Then she'll do that circle thing like 20 times until she settles down in the curve on my knees ....

I can't even think what it would be like to not have her in our bed!

Our 2 skin babies haven't slept in our bed since they were 4 months old each ... never have they snuck in our bed ... but Niko has slept with us since she was 2 ....

I love that frito smell!

He must be cute..I hope he'll get to always stay in bed with you...some people do this in the beginning and then later the dogs end up outside :(
Boxers are great dogs and are a product of caring and loving owners..good luck and enjoy...(remember to neuter him,the sooner the better...6 months old...and don't let him outside unattended, these dogs get stolen all the time, make sure you have a physical lock on your gate)...I can't help give out this info, I just hear to many horror stories from people who have lost their dog...enjoy and love him always:)

But of course, both of my babies sleep in our bed. But sometimes it is quite uncomfortable when I wake up with a foot in my mouth or on my head or elbow in my side, etc. The other night Bosco woke me up because he was lying crossways across *both* of the pillows. My head was hanging off the bed. And anyone who has tried to move a sleeping boxer knows it feels like they weigh 10 tons!! But we wouldn't have it any other way. I love my babies!lovicon

Tayo started out sleeping on a pillow on the floor.....over time he snuck his way up on the bed. I must admit that he is a bed hog! However it is funny when he dreaming. Gotta love our boxers!

Ally sleeps in a box next to our bed that we can drape a hand down into when she feels lonely. She has also slept in our bed, but only a couple times. Whether sleeping in her box, our bed, or even just taking a nap with her mom on the couch, she always wants a pillow...as shown here :D

My favorite thing in the world is getting to sleep in after my husband leaves and having Mollie & Oscar in bed with me. They sleep withus anyway, and it's not very often I get to sleep in but when I do they are right there to snuggle with me. One on one side and the other on the other side. They usually stretch out the length of me so it looks like three people sleeping really close. Usually, the one behind me puts his/her head on me and the one in front of me puts his/her head on the pillow with me. When my husband is in bed with us, there is just no room for this, so I like it once he leaves. Otherwise, the dogs are at my feet.

Of course Tobee does!!! Why do you think we bought a king matress?

Jake usually does too, but he sometimes ends up on the floor.

Shouldn't the topic be, "Who sleeps in their boxer's bed?"

Sophia and Dani slept with us growing up. Boomer hasn't missed a chance to snore next to me in bed.

Now I just wish he would sleep in on the weekends....getting up at 0500 to let him outside for two minutes cuts in on my sleep.

Cheers,
