Do you sing to your Boxer?

The last time I sang to Beau, he got so freaked out that he peed in my bed. I guess I sing as bad as I thought I did Since then, I just stick to talking to him in a "baby talk" voice. His butt starts wiggling so fast. Bailey just barks at me when I sing. I think he's trying to tell me to shut up

i do too ,i change words in songs to fit my dogs like i changed Sir Mix Alot big butts to i love boxer butts and i can not lie and i reworded Barry Mannalow u to madie was a show dog...

OMG!! We do this too! I also sing a song (I dont know where it came from, learned it from my mom) that goes "My Libby lies over the ocean, My Libby lies over the sea... My Libby lies over the ocean, so bring back my Libby to me... Bring back, Bring back, bring back my libby to meeeeee....

Ya, I know, silly. But there are so many songs that we sings to them its funny.

There's also Hey Libby - nee-wat! Sung in the tune of Macarena! Alright!

DH is the singer in our family. He serenades all three of them out in the yard with "pee pee...in the grassie...that's where we'll be" to the tune of tip toe through the tulips. He's not the quietest guy around and I try to shush him. I can only imagine what the neighbors think. Sometimes it's "babies, babies you're so cute, I'm gonna get you all ice bears suits." (Knoxville Ice Bears are a hockey team) If it's summer, he changes the words to "swimming suits" The man is nuttier than I am!

I totally sing to Garin...and the cats!!! Most of the time I will make up silly songs but I have discovered that Garin is a Dave fan and a big fan of Matiyashu (spelling??) as well.

I sing all the time to my puppies . How funny that I'm not the only wacko out there My husband finishes all of our songs too. Boo loves it, she wiggles and wags her stub like crazy!! Skye sings along with (woo-wooing) too. He's so funny because he starts and stops along with my songs. All of our songs include their names of course.

Oh my, I`m sitting here laughing sooo hard I had to stop and take a potty break myself
My songs have no rhyme or no reason, I usually start off with something I call "wakie uppie" followed by "Good morning to you", mind you I start these at around 4:45am, so I`m nobody`s favorite vocalist at that time of the morning,I usaully see all 3 of them looking at me out of 1 eye. I know that they are thinking I wish she would either shut up or go away
There are also several renditions of " I love you", 1 for mama`s moo, 1 for wiggle woo, and 1 for ceecee too. Yeap, I`ve gone over the edge!!!

I make up lots of songs with special made lyrics for Titan. He will sit and have a yeah whatever mom look on his face until I"m done. Sometimes if I sing along to the radio he will come over to listen and join in occasionally. But there is this country song I love that's out on radio right now (Blake Shelton's "Dont Go Lovin' on Nobody but me") and I"ve sang that song to Titan since the first day I heard it and now when it comes on the radio or someone else sings it he gets up and goes to the radio or the person singing and woowoo's right along with it. Sometimes I think I"ve turned my big bad boxer into a momma's boy.

I actually make up songs that I sing for my cats, Ow 'n Meow, my friend's dog Sadie, and now Abbey. I never did it before acquiring the cats, but now it seems like I can't stop. If anyone asks, I tell people they need a theme song.
