Clever Casper

[Lola's mum]

There was me a little whole ago moaning how Lola & Casper could open the doors, well we changed the handles in the kitchen for knobs and put a stop to that but the door to the garden is a UPVC one so can't be changed to a knob so we have to lock it. If it's left unlocked they both let themselves out (Zeb loves it and just sits and waits for them to do it )

We'll Casper let himself out in the garden today so I shut it and left him out there but what does he do? Only goes and lets himself back in again :rolleyes:
I've done it a few times now and he just jumps up and opens the door to come in

What a little bugger! Sometimes we just have to learn to be smarter than the dogs Although we think it should be easy, apparently it's not! Roscoe likes to go under our bed and chew on the wood frame of the box spring so we have built a pillow barrier under there thinking it would deter him, NOT A CHANCE! I thought by now he would be too big to get under there but somehow he pushes his way through all of the pillows and flatens his 65 pound body and gets under there! They can be such sneaky brats sometimes! You should tell Zeb that he needs to teach his little brother that being good and NOT opening doors will get him lots of treats!

Oh man, he's just too smart for his own good. At least you'll know if in case he opens the door to go outside without you being around.......he can get back in

And Zeb, just doesn't want to be the one getting in trouble!!! He's like the middle child in a family, lets either the older sibling or baby get caught first!!!

We got locked out one time by Abbi because apparently we'd left her too long inside by herself. They're clever little animals that can manipulate their little paws like hands sometimes. So much so that the dexterity is amazing.

Now little Hayden has taught big sis, Abbi, how to open the baby gate. So much for separating them from the rest of the house...

Brutus can open the door off of my in-laws deck. Mind you it is not the sturdiest latch, but we have to watch him now that he can figure it out.
