Definite Date?

I think its time to set a definite date (because my February requests off are due now).

We have decided on Saturday not Sunday right? Based on this I was think either the 2 or 9th. Depending on which is more coinvenient for the group either is good with me I just need to know by the end of the week.

If everyone could post their best date in the next day or so(with or without explanation) that would be great.

Can't wait for the party!

I'd rather have the Bash on the 9th. My hubby and I always go away for the weekend right around Valentines' Day and that would work out great for us. But the 2nd would be okay too.

Either day is fine with me, I just have to let my Mom know so she can sit Dalton.

The 9th would work for me as well. My birthday is on the 12th so we can just make it a weekend away.

Hi..just back from the vacation and the 9th works for me too. I hope my new boy fits in alright, but I guess I have to try him to know. We picked him up yesterday and he's is so wonderful. The only negative is he and my mix got into it a couple of times yesterday. It was in the house and he was very scared. She was dying to play with him and I think she just pushed him too hard and got in his space. Today, however, I put them both out in the yard and started playing with Willow. It wasn't long before Hershey joined in and they were chasing each other around the yard. I was so happy to see that! I didn't let it go on for too long, however since he's just 5 weeks into his heartworm treatment and they told me to keep him somewhat calm for another week or so. But a positive sign, nevertheless. I'm hoping by the 9th, he'll have much more confidence and be all settled in.

Kathleen, it will be great to see you at the bash. I got your response on the vet right before we went out of town on vaca.

Hope to see you all on the 9th...anytime is fine for me (us!).

If you all go for the 9th I could bring Loke! We would be in Kissimmee next month, that's kinda a long drive for a boxer bash. Think we'd make a record?!?!:D Thirteen hours!!

Hey...I don't know if any of you have ever heard of "Paws in the Park", but it's an annual fundraiser for the SPCA of Central Florida and it is also on FEBRUARY 9TH. Go figure! Can we move this by a day (Sunday) or a weekend (16th) so those who want to can do both? I'd hate to lose LOKE from Tennessee, and several mentioned they'd prefer Saturday to Sunday. Just wanted to toss it out there and see what you think...???

Hi I am sorta new to this site and was reading about your get together. I would love to bring my Dusti and my new puppy Nova (he's a rottie only 6 weeks old but full of spunk). I live in ST. Petes so I am sorta close. It sounds like a lot of fun and Dusti would be sooo happy to romp with other doggies. I am open to anyday. So I hope we can come!!!

We'd love to have you!! Not sure if you're pup can come, though :(I think there's an age limit and they have to have all their puppy shots to be in the park). Right now it stands at Feb. 9th, unless everyone decides to change due to Paws in the Park. Keep watching...
