She had Lyme disease in the past. She has had the vaccine since

It did come on suddenly.

Trying to get a third opinion today

PVSEC will not see us back as a referral. They want us to come thru emergency. Our local vet is moving out of the area this week. Not sure anyone else wants to pick up this perplexing case.

Is valley fever possible in your area? Did you do any x-rays to rule out bone cancer?

No to valley fever on our area and the symptoms do not match

Yes to X-rays. All negative.

I appreciate everyone's thoughts. The vets are at a loss.

Just some ideas of the Auto Immune Diseases:

Immune Mediated Polyarthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and they should do more testing for Addisons. There is primary, secondary and atypical addisons disease. It is usually properly diagnosed with a ACTH stimulation test.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I keep getting on the computer several times a day hoping you will have a proper diagnosis and treatment.

We have been treating with Rimadyl for musculoskeletal pain and doxycyline in case of Lyme disease

Mornings are stiff but once the rimadyl kicks in she is much more like her old self. She is about 80% Sable and everyday she is a little closer.

We could not be more pleased. Thanks to all for your support and prayers
