We went & checked out the park.It was awesome. So much fun!
MapQuest direction were so bad and confusing. Aim for the Natural Science Center of Greensboro instead much easier~
Here's the directions to Country Park! It's behind the Natural Science Center in Greensboro(4301 Lawndale Drive Greensboro, NC 27455) Park in the rear of their parking lot. For easy access to the park.
You will see a kids playground at the bottom of the hill near the lake/pond walk to the left of the park on the trail and up the steep hill it will bring you out in the front of the Bark Park just across the bike path rode~
Remember to bring bottled water just in case you need to break up a dog dilemma! (someone suggested this to me) I didn't let my boy play I was chicken he was a bit riled up from all the excitement. There were 4 other boxers there and one more arriving as we were leaving. There were a great variety of dogs at the bark park and all of them were getting along great. I can't wait to go back again. There was even a dog fountain. What a nice set up they had. There were 3 or 4 very large wooded areas with 8 Ft fencing for different types of dogs, ie small breeds, loners, ect. I opted for the loner area today in hopes that my boy will adjust his manners to play nice with others.Hmm
