I would try ebay. I type in "boxer dog" in the search. They always have tons of stuff.

I actually went to my local CVS drugstore and had a mousepad made with one of my favorite pictures of Cleo on it. It was only about $15.00 or so and I get to see my girl all day, I love it!

I think most stores that develop photos will do it now and you can get your pictures put on coffee cups and paperweights as well.
