Here is a Weight Watchers friendly Better Than S*x Cake recipe
1 box German Choc Cake Mix - any brand
2 Egg Whites
10 oz. Diet Coke
1 Jar Caramel Topping (ice cream topping)
8 oz. Lite or FF Cool Whip
Heath Bar candy - chopped into bits & pieces (1-1/4 Cup)
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam spray
Chop Heath Bars into small pieces (I put into a ziplock bag and put that into another ziplock bag and smash up with a rubber mallet - you can also use a hammer, meat tenderizer, etc.)
Mix together dry cake mix with egg whites and diet coke (do not use ingredients listed on cake box), until thoroughly blended.
Mix in 1/2 Cup chopped Heath Bar candy.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake according to cake mix directions for 9x13 pan
When cake is done, poke holes in the cake with end of wooden spoon, or similar shaped object.
Pour Caramel Topping into holes, letting Caramel seep down and fill holes again. Do this a couple of times and pour rest of Caramel across top of cake, spreading to cover cake as necessary.
Sprinkle 1/2 Cup chopped Heath Bar candy on top of Caramel.
Spread Cool Whip on cake
Sprinkle remaining 1/4 Cup chopped Heath Bar on Cool Whip.
Keep refrigerated until serving.
