Baby Boy Names

We are expecting our first baby at the beginning of December! We are very excited and have been thinking about names (don't know the sex of the baby yet). We've already agreed on a girl's name - Jenna Lyn, but cannot come up with a boy's name to save our lives. I really like the name Dash (Dashiel), but everyone I mention it to rips me to shreds over it. My husband says no way. Anyone have any suggestions for boys names, besides the standard names - our extended family took advantage of those names and we already have a Michael, Bryan, Richard, John and Eric in the family.

HELP Boxer-friends!!! :confused:

Oh, and we've gotten about four baby name books and just can't seem to find that perfect name yet. What's wrong with us????

I am sure that when you see a name, you will KNOW that it is the right one for you. Jerry and I have already picked out our names, first boy has to be named Jerry for his side of the family, and every male in my family has Joseph somewhere in there, so our first son would be Jerry Joseph aka JJ -Dynomite! :D

I've always wanted a daughter named Josephine so I can call her Jo or Joey. And Jerry had a great aunt jo that he was real close to pass away a week before we were engaged. So the girl name is nailed down. They aren't very original, but we like them. Here are some male names I have known that were not ordinary

Adrian
Jacob -always liked that one
Blake
Cody

HI Amy Lynn, my daughter is expecting her first baby late Sept/early October She has had a scan and they have told her she is having a girl........ hence GEORGIA MAY ... lovicon

Boys names........ I like LUKE, ANDREW, MORGAN, JOSEPH, DECLAN, lots more but I cant think of them at the moment

Jenna Lynn is soooooooooooo cute

I like Cameron, Aidan, Ian, Brendan, Brett, Nicholas, Ross, Christopher, Scott, Evan, and Keenan. Good luck, I had a lot of trouble deciding on a name for my last boy (born August 1997), but finally decided on Cameron (middle name Dane). Keep us posted on your pregnancy.

Well I wanted unusual names that were not too way out and so I have Tamsin and Marissa. There is another Tamsin at school but she's 3 years older than my Tamsin!

Tamsin would have been Connor William and Marissa would have been Callum William (had they been boys).

I still like Callum, also Ross, Scott, David and Asa.

I've had my boy's name picked out since I was about 14. Chase. I love it...how many Chase's do you know? What is also cool is that my in -laws, who are the greatest people God ever put on this Earth...their names are Charles & Brenda. So we decided...if we ever have a boy...to use variations of thier names w/Chase. So his name will be Chase Brendan.

As for a girl, I like Skylar Nichole, but my husband says Skylar is the name of a Beagle or something??????? :confused:

I also love Jenna...my best friend's name is Jenna :D

Congrats!! I do not have any children yet but of course I have some names in mind

My boy will be Lucas Michael. I also like Zachary, Alex and Jacob. I guess I'm still a little traditional when it comes to boy names.

My girl will be Morgan Leigh. I also like Sabrina, Madelyn.
