Anyone have XM Satellite Radio?

We have it in our Suburban and I absolutely love it! I hardly listen to the general FM stations anymore. XM has hundreds of channels and usually two or three of them that feature the same theme, but on different XM stations (i.e. sports had 4 channels, all talking about different topics, etc) The only problem with it is that it's just like cell phone coverage. You will lose the station in certain area's, just like you would drop a call on your cell phone :( I still love it anyway

We have it in our pickup truck and we love it. I have never lost a station so I cant relate to that fault of the system.
If you can get the XM systems in your vehicle by all means do it. We travel a lot and love it.

We too, have XM radio on our Surburban. I just love it. I had to switch cars with my husband for a few days, and how I missed that XM!! I have never lost reception either.

Az Boxr Lovr, I hate it when I have to give up the 'Burb' to my DH! We live in the rural area of our county, where there are lot's and lot's of tall trees, hills, or mountains to block the Satellite transmission or drop a cell phone call :rolleyes: It's not bad at all once we get out of the 'country'

If you currently subscribe or are thinking about it, you might want to consider a yearly subscription soon. XM's prices are going up two-three dollars per month on April 1st.

We have XM in our kitchen (boombox) and we love it. Is it my imagination or was a lifetime subscription only $400 in December 2003? I think the new priceguide listed $400 for a 5 year subscription. BTW, the microwave knocks out our reception every time.
