Bownser is my whiner, you name it he whines at it,one of the other dogs outside without him, someone walking past the house, time to eat, time to play.I think he throws in a bark now and then just to remind himself he can still do it  Cissy will whine if her favorite tennis ball is under the recliner. She sounds like someone is torturing her

Ohhh yeah!! I've got a whiner too! Especially while someone in the house is eating ice cream or popcorn. Or I'm in the bathroom with the door closed and LOCKED since Greta has discovered how to open the door. Way to smart these furbabies! And no matter how hard I try to resist that whine and those poutty eyes...I can't do it. They know how to pull those heartstrings don't they!

Max has his day's... Sometimes he's friving me up the wall with this whining! He can just sit there and go at it for hours with no reason! He has a snak, he's been out all he wants is attention, and sometimes I can't give him as much as he would like LoL. Still love him, even when he's a big baby!

OMG - my Dakota was a whiner whenever she wanted anything and yes even over nothing. Now my sweet little Kirra who is a mere 10 weeks is showing me that she too is gonna be a whiner. I find it sweet and never let it bother me, trying to get my DH to ignore her and not pay attention to those whines is another story.

If there is anything that I can complain about our big boy BooBoo is that his is the whiner of the family.

Courage our little girl will sit nicely and place her paw on you when she needs something from us, but BooBoo will sit there and whine and whine...

So now hubby and I are both trying to train him by ignoring him when he chooses to whine. It seems cute at first, but it can get out of hand... he is starting to learn that when he stops whining, he gets our attention better.

Grunt AKA "Mr. Whiner" whines when he can't get at a toy that's under the sofa, the bed, under the computer table, behind my hubby's guitar case, etc., when he wants to go out and no one will pay attention to him because he just was out, and when we're going for a ride but aren't moving fast enough out the door for him..........in which case, he whines even louder and sings his woo woo song!!

I've never once heard Gunner whine. Quinsi on the other hand.. wow. His way of letting us know he has to go potty is to sit at the back door and immediately whine. Not a big deal at all, I'm glad to say he has been accident free since he was a wee little pup. But if he knows there is some kind of food on the counter, he'll stand at the counter and look up and whine. He sees the reflections of his surroundings in the glass oven door and he whines at that. Just last night I was eating some ice cream.. and apparently I wasn't finishing up my bowl quick enough because he sat down in front of me, patiently waiting for me to put the bowl down, and proceeded to whine. I put a quick stop to that one though..

He's a goober.. MY goober and I wouldn't have him any other way :D

Thanks so much for all of the responses! It's good to know that I'm not the only one that is driven crazy sometimes! My husband works nights and is home alone with her all day, and I think she drives him nuts! I'm home at night with my two boys, so I've learned to tune things out that get on my nerves :)
