Does it make you cry hurt??

LOL-it depends on where you're being tatooed(sp) and how close to a nerve cluster you are(and your tolerance of pain). It's like getting stung by a bee very rapidly....mine didn't really hurt until he got closer into the hand........I believe the areas of more dense muscle mass hurt less.

Just one here. Many, many years ago when I turned 18. Hey Dharmadoodle... Does it hurt? Well, just the outline did a little bit. But, I see you have a daughter, so if you can endure giving birth, either way, cesearean (sp?) or vaginally, :eek: then I would say you could endure a tattoo. it's really not that bad! :D

I have two... One of my right ankle (inside part) of a lady bug and a black tribal band around my left ankle. Sometimes I wish I would never have gotten them as they are forever! But...I usually don't mind them, or forget they are there. I would still like to get a little heart somewhere with my son's initials or name in it. We shall see. Honestly, I don't think they hurt that bad, it is more of a nagging sensation than actual pain...

I have 2 on my lower spine, they are of vines with flowers entwined. I very rarely remember they are there now as you can't see them when I'm clothed. They hurt a lot because of them being on the spine, I'll never forget the vibration! I wouldn't want any more done

I have one and it can be covered up with clothing easily. Mine didn't hurt at all. It was more like an annoying feeling than anything for me. Annoying, like imagine a fly flying around your head and it won't leave....I just wanted to scratch mine while he was doing the ink! And, I didn't bleed at all. Would love to get another one, but not sure if I ever will or not!

I have a small black cat on my hip. Since it is right above my bum almost on the back and it is not close to any bones it didn't hurt much, more of an annoying, steady pain. I love it but wish i would have picked something more meaningful. I want to get another but haven't picked one out yet. I love that noone can see it unless I want them to, so I have a secret. It makes me feel like a hottie.

I have two, a small clover on the underside of my wrist and tinkerbell in a hidden spot....she's not looking so hot since I had a baby. I'm ready for another...

As far as hurting, I think the outline hurt but then it numbed enough I didn't really feel them putting the color in, it was more annoying than anything.

I have one on my chest (upper part of my left breast) of a rose with a heart in front of it and a ribbon across the front with my kids' initials. Mine is in a really fleshy area so it really wasn't painful, more like and annoying scratching sensation.....like a cat scratch.

I have 2 of them and I want more. Both of mine are very easily covered, too. The first one is Ivy all the way around my left ankle. The 2nd one is on my back, at the top, near my neck. It's 3 "celtic looking" dolphins (they're kinda abstract, not drawn to look like real dolphins, they're swirly... I'm not explaining this well....) and the 3 dolphins are swimming around a "triceta", which depending on your beliefs, symbolizes intertwined power, usually of 3 (in Christian beliefs, the father, son, Holy Ghost kind of thing). I got this after my mom died. The 3 dolphins & the symbol represent me, my mom and my sister.
