Are we talking August 9/10 or August 16/17?

I can do either weekend. But let us know soon as my calendar fills up pretty quickly with training appointments and, weekends are my busiest times. So if I take off, I have to know before I start booking people for the weekends.

The girls and I will be thrilled to attend. :)

We are free every Saturday in August. My wife has to work on Sundays.
If we have it at the dog park in Yukon, I can bring a tent canopy. There is not much shade out there. There are also few picnic tables there already.

Were game for August 9, Were actually new to the area so if there's a better place to have it than Yukon park that's cool,

Aw shucks you guys!! We just left Oklahoma. We lived there for 3 years and a boxer bash in the city would have been a great outing for us.

Oh well, I hope ya'll have fun and get to know each other in person.

We are going to Branson in August before school starts. I will have to see what weekend we are going. Yukon is an hr drive for us . Would love to have it closer in the city. Does it have to be a dog park or would regular park be okay that allows dogs? We have a wonderful park by me that is real big and has differen't pavillions around the park and is nice and shady and several differen't play areas and a fishing creek and big walking path. One of the play areas was just rebuilt designed by the kids and it has misters in there. wouldn't the dogs like that.lol it is called regional park and it is south east okc are right by Tinker. Let me know what yall think and I will find out when I go to Branson forsure. ....Melissa , Angel + Muhammad Ali

The park sounds really nice. But do they allow off-leash dogs? How busy is it with regular visitors (without dogs, perhaps with kids) on a weekend? You'd need to check out the park regulations/rules first.

As for you loving to have it closer to OKC. . . . Mmmmmm.
I live in Tulsa and am willing to drive 2+ hours to get there, more if it is in Yukon, and you're complaining about an hour drive? ;) It's 5.5+ hours to get to Branson from OKC. !!!!! :)

I would really rather it be at an off-leash park. The drive doesn't bother me. Heck it there is a better one in Tulsa we would be up for that. What matters is we, furbabies included, have a good time. I don't think the furbabies would have as good of a time being on-leash.
