My Wife, Powder and I would love to have a bash somewhere. Name the time and place.

We visited the dog park in Yukon. It has a agility area and about 3 acres of park with a pond. It is next to the Humane Society, visit www.petsandpeople.com. When we were there, they had too many animals and the overflow was in the agility area. 10-15 dogs running around unsupervised. What's worst is there wasn't any other people with their dogs. I don't know maybe we caught them on a bad day.

I haven't heard that the park in OKC has opened. How far is Atlus from OKC. I'd love to get all the OKC and other area boxers together.

According to the okc.gov website, the dog park should be at 73rd and Grand Blvd. Those roads don't meet. I drove around that area and unless it is somewhere in Lake Hefner Park, I couldn't find it. I'll check again when there is less traffic. Rush hour is killer in that area.

Festival of pets was today and again tomorrow.

We live in Oklahoma city and went to the festival of pets today at the fair grounds. It was so cool. All kinds of dogs and owners. They had pet contest and lots of demonstrations. The best was meeting up with other boxer owners. Was any of you other okies there today? If so we probably meet. I tried to spy all the boxers there. Ours was the Brindle and white male, Ali, He and my daughter won the pet look alike contest. We would love to get with other boxer owners and have a bash. ...Melissa,Todd, jessica and are babies Angel and Mahaumaud Ali...:D

We probably did. Powder and I were the front door greaters. We were at the door from 0900 to 1230. I saw two brindles and three fawns, one being the cutest puppy.

I'm not sure we got there around 12:30-1:00. I don't remeber seeing your boy but wish we would of. We love to meet other boxer owners. Mine boy is 6mth brindle. We on saw a few fawn boxer. Mainly we saw some huge great danes. They where so pretty and I have never seen so many.

You're right, there were a lot of great danes. I would hate to have to feed a couple of them. Must eat like a horse. Sorry we missed you. I love to met boxer owners. I just met a couple today at petsmart that has a 4 month old Brindle boy. Maybe if we have a bash we can all get together?
