A foot of snow is on the way

I just finished watching the news and it seems as if us central Ohio folks are in for at least a foot of snow. Cami loves snow but she has never seen that much at any one time. Last winter (her first) was very mild. It snowed this past weekend but the grass still showed thru the snow. It has since melted but WOWEE a whole foot at once? She will be in boxer heaven! She loves the snow. I can't wait to get outside with her and play! Wonder what she will think of a snowman? I may even make her a little doggie fort!

We were forcasted for snow to start at 7:00 and get about 4 inches. 9:40 now, no snow, and they are now saying 1 to 3 inches. Boohoo! I want 12 inches!

Wow! I would love to have snow to play in. Believe it or not , we are forecast to have snow flurries here in south Louisiana on Christmas Eve. I've been dreaming of a "White Christmas" for all of my 49 years. I sure hope it really happens. This is my grown up "Christmas Wish".

I live in Ohio also and they keep saying we're going to get a ton of snow, but so far no snow. I'm not a big snow fan so I'm not complaining, but maybe it will warm up a little if it snows. The last few nights it's been going down to 5 degrees and the wind chill is so bad that it feels as cold during the day. Poor Harley was forced to go to the bathroom with his coat on (he wouldn't do it before), he finally couldn't hold it anymore!

Snow!!!!!

Sammy doesn't know what to do in the snow. He is so funny. I also live in central Ohio and can't wait to get this snow! I hope that we do, and they aren't over predicting or something. But anyways, we had just a dusting already and Sammy walked onto our deck head down and walked clear across with his head in the snow. He looks at me with snow ALL over his face and runs into the yard, like come play MOM! Unfortunatly I was unable because I had to get to work, but he loves the snow. Rain, not so much, but snow! He goes crazy. When we got a lot of snow last winter, It was like we didn't have any snow were his tie-out reaches. He walked all over and ate most of the it. I get nervous when he is out there for a long time because I am afraid he will get too cold and not know it. But I couldn't get that dog in if I dragged him! Oh well Boxers will be Boxers!!!

So much for our snow! I woke this morning to none. They are still saying 1-3 inches today.

We're suppose to only get 2-4 inches of snow starting this evening, but we're right on the line of 2-4 and 6-12 so it's possible that we'll get more then they're forecasting ! I hope we get atleast 5 inches so we'll have a white Christmas !! Plus I can't wait to see Keno play in his first real snowfall...He hasn't seen more than an inch of snow here yet, so I'm excited to see what he thinks of it when it's up to his belly..

Susi, I hope you're stocked up on everything because it sounds like Ohio is going to get pounded with snow !! I bet Cami is going to have so much fun in all of that snow !!
