wnt2adp, I don't think crating your boxer is mean in anyways. I can't crate him because I live in an apartment so small, there is no place for his big crate :( But I've learnt how to make my house Krose-trouble-free :D

DO not leave him for long periods of time at first. Start with say, 5 minutes for a week, then 10 minutes, then 20.. you get the picture. Also tiring him may also help his energy too. A quick run around the house or playing a 10 minute ball game with him may help him sleep thru the time he's...
