What doesn't make Fibber slobber?! We are hoping to discover an industrial use for the stuff- we'd make millions!

I've learned to brush Fibber in the evening. He is a little more mellow, a little less playful, and loves the attention. He keeps turning, as if to prompt me to brush a particular area.

I think it has to do with the yeasty smell. I've noticed the same reaction from Fibber on the smell of beer or wine as when I am making bread, particularly sourdough. He loves the smell!

If the sores are what are often referred to as "hot spots" your vet can set you up with a treatment. This happens to Fibber occassionally- we don't really know why, but it worked quickly .( if I remember correctly, it was some sort of spray and an antibiotic to thwart infection.)

Certain words- outside, ride, squirrels, bananas, apple, and treat (among others) drive Fibber into a frenzy of excitement. He runs around in circles, barking in Molly's face as if he's telling her what's going on! We've taken to spelling or using alternate phrases so he won't feel let down if...
