Okay. I know that Canidae, which I am currently feeding Sirus, is a wonderful food. He seems to enjoy it anyway! =0) But... ...A couple of days ago, Sirus and I were at my parents house. I forgot to bring dog food with me (Bad mommy!) and he was hungry...So gave him just a very small bowl...

YUP...Sirus is the same way with bottles. :lol: The top and ring are off in no time flat! So easily amused! And I hope you're not planning on watching TV while he's chewing on it...cause those suckers are loud! :::POP! CRUNCH! POP! POP!::: :rolleyes:

Sirus was 26 lbs at 5 months and by the time he was 7 1/2 months old he had gained 17 lbs. So at 7 1/2 months he weighed 43 lbs. He's 2 years old and at 60 lbs right now...but the boys legs just finally quit growing! He looks like a stork...we always joke about him walking on stilts. :lol: The...

I get the same thing. "Oh, he's so cool! American Bulldog?" or "Ohhh, look at the white Pit!" I just reiderate (as nicely as possible) to them that he's a Boxer... Then I'll get things like, "Oh, well, he must be a mix!?" (Between one or the other) :lol: Most of the time I'll go on to tell...

Sirus just turned 2 in January...and still looks super thin to me. We just went to the vet and he told me that he still has a lot of growing (filling out) to do. Which I already knew...I think they all grow at their own rates...just like the skin kids!

Yeah...Sirus can be such a brat! He's spoiled beyond belief! If no one is paying attention to him (heaven forbid!) he will find a way for you to notice him! He starts out small, just makin' some obnoxious noises and such, then he throws his kong around...(I get scared he's going to break...

Sirus does this all the time. People think he's being rude or trying to "get busy" with them...I'm like, "No people...he's just being Silly! He does this with dogs and people alike." :lol:

From my personal experience...I believe females to be a bit more protective then males...but that's just my experience.

Sirus has only gone into super-protection mode once. We were in the car and a man walked up to the car and went to reach inside the car on the passenger side (where Sirus was) to introduce himself to me...shake my hand (later found out that he wanted me to breed Sirus with a female pit! HA!) and...

Under circumstances like that I always reassure Sirus that it's not his fault, give him some lovin' and tell him that Mommy was bad. He normally waggles around me for a minute and then gives me a little kiss to reassure me that he's not mad! :lol:

:lol: Sirus is the very same way...but just like you...I wouldn't change a single thing about my baby boy! My dog fits my personality perfectly. When people ask me how I deal with such a hyper dog I tell them that first and formost, not every Boxer is like Sirus, then I tell them that Boxers...

I don't know if you're looking for a special sunscreen for your baby...but I have to recommend one. And I'm not sure of how much you're looking to spend, but Kiehl's (www.kiehls.com) is awesome! It's water-based not oil-based. I know they have a store in Atlanta...you may want to check out the...
