She seemed very itchy the first go around, had to stay up with her all night to keep her from itching (even with benedryl).

Update:
I took Bella to the vet yesterday and it turns out that (during playtime I'm assuming) she hit that part of her head above the eye pretty hard and it caused some bruising, swelling, and inflammation. Her eye was not scratched or damaged and I am giving her some eye drops twice a day...
I think it is the right choice to have them removed. As said earlier, the growths can sit for long periods of time before becoming problematic (if at all). Might be better to be safe than sorry...I'm sure this surgery would be less intense than if the growth became problematic and it had to be...

My poor boxer's eye started doing this a few hours ago....I dont think its cherry eye because the membrane is not bubbling out, but it is very swolen and red...some of the white part of the eye appears to be bleeding as well. I cant tell if this is a big issue or not...I've popped bloodvessels...
