I have to be different, and confess, the Boxer isn't my dream dog it is my hubby's, still I wouldn't trade them for anything. Here is my list:

5 The kind of Bull dogs that look like a huge pug - I think French, but I'm not sure.

Mutts...??? I've only owned a Boxer and Alaskan Malmute (sp?) any other dogs are just dogs to me until I get to know them.

I'd like to second Brooklyn-Dan's list. I do like other dogs, the rottie, the doberman, and most of the hounds, but I don't know if I would want to raise anything other than a boxer. I definitely would NOT own a terrier of any kind.

Giant Schnauzer
Dogue de Bordeaux
Boston
Greater Swiss Mountain Dog

but have always wound up with another Boxer, go figure!
