OK, so I've read the thread about boxer traits and all the adorable things our boxer babies do. But what is the *worst* habit your boxer has? Our girl likes to turn her back, dig in her toes and literally push us off the couch if she doesn't think she's got enough room LOL  Honestly, we've just about had to ban her from the couch! Another thing she does is keep pushing her toys under the couch or some other piece of furniture, then she barks until I get it out for her... five minutes later, it's back under there again. Oh, and then there's the gas...

Gotta love 'em

Mine is a love/hate habit. Mateus jumps up on me all the time, mostly to give me kisses and dance with me a bit. But he is getting so big and he is so powerful that he is starting to knock me over. This cute habit has turned into a bad habit that we really should have nipped in the bud earlier. But I just can't get mad at him for trying to give me puppy kisses. I know - pushover!!

He also loves to pass gas constantly......
He loves to dig holes.......
He loves to chase cats/birds.........
He knows just where to step on you when you are laying on the couch.........

No matter what he does really, he does no wrong in my eyes. He is just a puppy and no matter how hard I try I can never stay mad at him. Its just that head tilt and sorry look he has learned to master that has melted my heart. Ha Ha.

Completely Boxer Crazy
Tyson: Pushing mommy over to the very edge of the bed while he spreads completely across the whole king sized bed.

Gabe: If I'm not paying attention to him, he will paw me--even if I'm laying down taking a nap, I get a paw on my chest, leg, even face! Horrible way to wake up let me tell you. He has done that to DH a couple of times and I thought he was going to go flying off the bed because it scares you to death!
Mason: He loves to bring in crunchy poo and leave it in the living room for Mommy! evilicon

Torrie (my foster): Grabs my flip flop and runs away with it so fast, through the doggie door, and into the yard to BURY it! :p

With Sarge it has to be getting between me and my girlfriend. He can not stand it when we are sitting on the couch or laying on the bed togher. He will jump and wiggle his way inbetween us.

Debbie - I wouldn't say it's the worst thing Tess does, but she ALWAYS runs around the house throwing toys in the air. It's so cute. But, like you, every time, she will jump on the couch or bed and drop it behind. Then, of course, she barks until I get it and then, OF COURSE, she throws it right back behind. It's very annoying after about 10 times!!! :)

Tess' worst habit is that she is very destructive when she's bored...well, even when she's not. :( She's chewed everything from books to linoleum. It is maddening (and expensive)!!! But, we're working very hard w/ the trainer and exercising her constantly! Hopefully, she'll be a little more trustworthy by her first birthday in June.

Oh yeah...the look, it's melts me too. Yes it's hard to stay mad when they're onary. Coco's most annoying thing to me is that she steps all over me when I'm lying down, just like I'm the floor. She'll walk on me and then come up and straddle my head with her chest in my face. As if to say....Look at my BIG white chest! I AM the queen of this house!

Reno

I'd have to say Reno's worst habit would be hitting guys in that perfect little target. I don't know how he does it - but he'll hit it 8 out of 10 times if the guys start playing with him. I work in a construction office and Reno comes to work with me every day. The guys have learned to "cover up" if they want to play with Reno.

Shotze's Mom

Super Boxer
Shotze is under the weather right now, but when she isnt she paws. Paws my face, arms, legs....always pawwing wanting attention. Plus, she use to get on the couch between hubby and I and bark...then burn betwen us for like 30 minutes( I sit on one end and he on the other...its a sectional). 30 minutes of barking can get really annoying.
