Yes Spirit..There Really Is A Santa Claus!!

So we just got in from the parade! Had a great time! It was absolutely freezing outside!! Luckily we were 20ft from the 7-11, so we enjoyed some hot chocolate! And fortunately for me and the fur-kids, we were only a block from home, because I ended up taking them home early and going back! It was just too cold for them...an observation I made everytime I caught Xena staring at me as if to say.."You...standing there sipping your hot chocolate and dressed oh so warm...you sit your butt on this cold ground wearing these ridiculous antlers on your head...THEN maybe I'll think about obeying...but I'm not making any promises"!! :p Poor thing...she was so cold the antlers were shaking off her head! Spirit kept warm by barking at the floats..lights..music..people..firetrucks...clowns.... :rolleyes: He reminds me so much of Odie from Garfield!! Great news for Santa though...Spirit didn't poo!! appicon

Yup...kids..skin & fur...the Holidays = great memories! :D

Thanks for sharing that sweet story. My daughter is also four so I can totally relate. She talks to both Daisy and JoJo as if they understand every word as well. It's such an innocent, precious age I wish they would never grow up!
