Cassius is neutered, but still has the occasional drip. Guess I'll be asking my Vet!

Just wanted to update everyone that we went to the vet today. It turns out they have puppy vaginitis - which the vet would not normally treat. It was actually quite interesting because the vet could do a little manipulation and show us all the creamy stuff right inside their private parts. They also tested positive for a urinary tract infection, though the vet thinks it is probably just the cells from the puppy vaginitis. We'll be taking an antibiotic for 10 days just to cover ourselves. Thanks for everyone's advice. I probably would have never brought this up with the vet otherwise!

bailey slways had this until he was neutered. i havent noticed it once sine then tho! it was like slime and ALWAYS got wiped!!!now all he gets are bits of fluff fom where hes been getting jiggy with his bed!!!!! (no....he still hasnt grown out of that yet!!)

when that happens we always add a few tablespoons of yogurt to sadie's food. It usually clears it up after a few days.

Our 8 month old female has had this problem since we got her from the breeder... She had vaginitis and a UTI and has been on Clavamox for a while now. We call it her puppy squeege:) It's gross and we do dap it off before she comes back into the house. They say it is supposed to get better after she gets fixed (which happens next week) so we'll wait and see!

That sounds great that you have antibiotics, but beware my pup was on anti. for the same thing (boy version) and it came right back! The vet then ran tests for kidney or bladder problems, all came back clear! Thank God! He is not yet old enough to neuter, but I hope that will help!

very frustrated

daisy has had similar problems with the creamy drip, dribbling after peeing.
shes been treated for puppy vaginitis , urinary incontinence, uti and on. Had x-rays to rule out stones and urine tests Currently on a hormone supplement(she's fixed) and the creamy drip is back and the drip (urine) is back again. Seems to only drip for about 5-10 minutes after coming back inside.
