Right now I am working swing shift and get home at 2am. My hubby is dayshifter and goes to work at 7am. When I climb in bed at 2am'ish, Falko doesn't even budge. Of course he is hogging up my entire side of the bed. I try to move him, all 50 pounds of him at a dead/sleeping weight!! When my husband leaves the house at 6am, Falko is up too. For the day!
I have to get up and give him his potty breaks after only 4 hours of sleep, then have to put up with his ripping thru the house chasing his buddy (kitty Cody) until he gets tired enough for his morning nap, usually around 9am. It's a long morning for me in my house!

I know what you mean! 6:30am pounce on mom. Drake's been sleeping on the sofa in our bedroom. Outside to potty. Back inside by 6:40. pounce on mom....PLAYTIME.............not. Time for mom to retreat under and tuck in all of the covers. 6:45 start digging into mom's new pottery barn comforter so she will get up....mom yells, off............go to bed.......huge boxer sigh.....Drake lays down on top of mom's new comforter....6:50, Drake starts creeping up the outside of the covers and finally makes his way to mom's pillow. 6:55 Drake takes a head dive down under the covers and almost pushes mom off the bed. 7:00am Drake comes back up the other side of mom and lays his head on mom's pillow and sneezes in her face. 7:05 Drake drifts off to sleep and begins to snore loudly about 4" from mom's face, under the covers on the new sheets, feet digging into mom's tummy and legs. He's out and I'm UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gotta love that guy!

About 545, my hubby gets up for work. He shaves and all that, then around 615, he lets the girls out, they go potty, and come back in. Dixie, she is trained, she will go straight to the gate in the hallway waiting for daddy to put her over. Zoey, on the other hand is still learning, so she wants to play in the living room. Once my hubby puts them over the baby gate, Dixie runs and jumps in bed with me, does a circle and plops down in hubby's spot. Zoey is shortly behind her, after she checks out my daughter's room. I pick her up, and she curls up next to me. Then, it is back to sleep until my daughter runs in there to wake us up! Spoiled or what?!

Paddy and Brogan, get up at 7am on the dot every day.. Downstiars and out for a 1 and 2, They then have a rough and tumble for half an hour whilst Im getting ready, Out for daily walk by 7.30am, then snooze for an hour os so when they get back... I have never had a lie in past 7am since they arrived. If I try to get them up b4 this time( I do shift work occasionally) they just give me a look- not yet Mom!

Frog's LAZY! She loves to be sleeping any time of day or night. She sleeps with DD and won't budge unless I go in and get her or if she hears me downstairs messing with her food bowl. Last weekend both skin and furbaby were alseep until 10am! It was wonderful. I had 2 hours of time to take care of stuff before having to entertain either of them!!!

Bella has been waking up around 3 to go out - I think I need to take up the water sooner. Then she sleeps until right about 6:30 when she gets up and takes a flying leap at the door to get out and runs down to the kitchen (our door doesn't close all the way). Once she eats and goes out she comes back to her bed in our rooms and would sleep til 11 if we let her! At least if she gets up early it's nice that she goes back to sleep so we can sleep in on the weekends!

My wifes alarm for work goes off at 6am so Soco and I get up and I take her out. After shes done she like to get a drink and a nibble or two of food. Then she likes to curl up in bed with me (she sleeps in her kennel at night) until my alarm goes off at 7. Even on weekends without alarms she sticks pretty close to the same routine.
