Whiner???

Does anyone else's baby whine all the time? Roscoe whines when he wants ANYTHING. It seems like he is constantly whining about something...mommy let me in the bedroom with daddy, mommy I want some water, mommy I want a treat, mommy I'm hungry, mommy I want to play, etc...you get the picture. Sometimes I feel like I am raising a 3 year old skin kid!!!

ummm... YEAH!!! Teagan is the funniest thing. She whines when we are getting ready for work and she wants a lap to lay on. She whines all the time, which is funny because we have never given attention for it, so its not like we are reinforcing it. Now we just laugh at her, because she is just too cute! I guess we are used to it!

Just to add to my note before, the people who work at her doggy day camp call her whining "singing". So when we pick her up they say, "she sang to us a lot today!" we thought that was cute!

Oh yes - Grumpy is a whiny little girl. Often for no reason at all, just to get attention. We have tried ignoring her when she whines, which has helped some, but it's hard to do! And she still does it sometimes. It's like she's trying to say "My life isn't absolutely perfect at this moment - somebody do something!!! Silly dogs.

I'm so glad to know that Roscoe isnt the only one who acts like this. I try to ignore it and then if he is in a "mood" he will start barking, like "hello!!! give me some attention!!" So I physically have to get up and turn away from him when it gets that bad. Boy, these boxer babies sure are needy

 

[Kaybie's Mom]

Kaybie whines for absolutely no reason......literally........she will just laying on the couch and start whining or be walking around the house and whine! Sometimes I look at her and ask her what she wants!?!?!? She just does her head tilt thing and starts kidney beaning all over the place........silly dog!

Lola never whines and the only time Zeb does is when he's eaten his food first (like every meal ) he then stands and whines at Lola eating hers. We reckon it's because he wants it. I guess that's good though as he doesn't attempt to get any he just whines wanting some

Winston sometimes whines when he wants something and we haven't figured out what it is quick enough :rolleyes:

Havoc only whines when he gets a toy stuck under something, after he gets a bath and he's not allowed in the livingroom till he's dry, or when he sees another dog that he wants to play with .

Yes I have a whiney butt boxer too. Sometimes for no apparent reason she will just walk around and fuss (as I call it) - if I ask her what's wrong she'll tilt her head and start beaning and wooing. Nutty girl!
