Where's my sunglasses?

Millie is so clever, she's always trying to get one over on me....She has a thing about glasses, reading glasses sunglasses, she doesnt differentiate..she just loves to nick them..I've had to tape an arm on my 'reader's' so many times I've lost count...Well today in London it's been nice and sunny...great I think time for the old sunglasses to come out...let me tell you I LOVE my sunglasses, they are a mock tortoiseshell pair tastefully decorated with a sprinkling of diamante along the sides ...yeah I know...my son tells me they are the epitome of bad taste, but I don't care!
Anyway, I was wearing them today, and when I came in I shoved them on to the top of my head..well Millie decided to go for a nap on the bed, and I thought I'd just lie there for a while and keep her company....so she snuggles in for a cuddle, wearing the face of an Angel, like butter wouldn't melt in her mouth..........20 minutes later and I wake up to a horrible scrunching sound..Yes you've guessed it, she DELIBERATLEY waited 'till I dozed off, and then must have oh so gently prised my beloved glasses from my bonce!! They are ruined,:eek: Never again will I be able to swan round the neighbourhood incognito (or hide my red eyes after a lunch with my friends)
I feel bereft, They are irreplaceable! And worse still Millie couldn't care less!!

Well DH lost his glasses to Hank 2 mo's ago. Hank has an obsession with glasses too. My sunglasses now stay in the van permanently!

Sorry about your glasses! Dozer did it to a brand new pair od DH's glasses. He can't see with out them so they only come off when he's sleeping but he put them on the floor when we first got Dozer and oops! Demolished, Dh was so mad because he has a really complicated prescription and they cost something like $600! Well I told him it was his fault and not to be mad a he pup because he left them there! Taking the off your face though, WOW pretty sneaky!

As I've mentioned before Bugzy took my $200 Gucci sunglasses of the kitchen counter and completely destroyed them. I was extremely angry. Of course he could careless. I always say good thing they're cute.

Oh my poor you...I was just in love my with chewed up glasses, they wasn't a designer brand, just the absolute love of my life...this years versions are all those HUGE posh spice, Victoria Beckham jobs, and I hate them!!...but Millie knows whatever..she can do what she likes I still love her!..I'm off to the pound shop tomorrow to buy at least five pairs!!

Gnarly just loves glasses too.... has chewed up a few cheap pairs of sunnies, so we knew to keep them away from him. I had just bought a brand new pair of Arnettes ($200) and I had to chase Gnarly out his dog door to get them back off him, was almost in tears... managed to get them back quickly and luckily not a scratch on them..... the same couldn't be said for the BF's OAKLEY ski googles later that year!!!
