Boxer Booster
I haven't been on this site since I had to put my Clem, a brindle boxer down 3 years ago at 4 years old, due to a brain tumor. Since then, I now have a 2 year old son and last week, we had to put down his best friend, a fawn boxer who was 9 years old with cancer. Now our house is empty....my husband feels lonely...my son keeps looking around :( and I miss having a pup around....my question is, I don't know how to find another dog. My vet said there are many places to adopt from, so I went to some websites and I just can't "see Buddy or Clem." if that makes any sense...I suppose with time, I'll find one or two pups...I found Clem with a breeder and Buddy, we rescued from a pet store (please don't judge, that was 9 years ago and now I know....) I guess my question is, what would you do, where would you go? I'm afraid of boxer rescues with my 2 year old.....
