Muggsey slept in his crate until he was about 5mths old. Now he sleeps with us in our queen size bed. We usually go to to bed looking like the roman numeral 3 (III) and wake up looking like the letter (H). He is such a bed hog!!

Justin has been sleeping in our son's room on his own bed since shortly after we got him. When we got Marley, he was only 8 weeks old - we had a regular crate for him in our daughter's room and a special enclosed place downstairs. As soon as he was potty trained, he started sleeping on his own liitle bed in our daughter's room.

Both our kids sleep with us from time to time we leave it up to them. A king size bed is a must when you have boxers. Santana(4yrs old-80 lbs) and Charlette (2yrs old-55 lbs) sleep like logs and we have to roll them around when by husband comes to bed. We have a big comforter and pillows if they decide to sleep on ther own.
No accidents in the bedroom however we do let them out before bed time. They are loose in the house when we are at work and they are wonderful!

I would get no sleep with 2 snoring dogs and a snoring husband if we all shared a bedroom, so my 2 babys sleep right outside our bedroom door curled up together on a doggie bed. We keep our bedroom door open (usually). A couple of months ago we discovered our older pup who is now a year old is a midnight thief, so we keep them out of trouble with baby gates at the top of the stairs and one at our bedroom door! He would go into the trash, get up on counters, everything was game after we were fast asleep! As for going potty, after our little one was about three months old we havent had a single incident, but we never crate trained, instead we paper trained in our master bathroom with a baby gate so she could see us in bed. And lots of big fluffy toys and blankets in a really low wicker basket was her bed so she stayed pretty neat overnight.

I don't know how you all do it with TWO dogs....Sasha is a bed hog and a half....we have a queen size bed...but i know the feeling of not being able to move for fear of disturbing her sleep....and she not even 50 pounds yet.....she is a bully in the bed....starts at the bottom of the bed but manages to work her way up to having her head on the pillow in the morning and spooning her daddy!! She is as rotten as you can get and we love it!

I think Murray has been sleeping in our bed since he was a puppy! He starts out right smack dab in the middle of us but always seems to veer to the right and poor hubby usually only ends up with a quarter of our king size bed!!;)

apollo slept in our bed when he was about 3 months old for a few weeks, and after that, I figured since he could hold it all night in the bed, he'd do fine on the floor. Well, we ended up getting him a doggy bed for my side of the bed and putting down an old down comforter on my husbands side of the bed and he's done great. But we do keep the door shut, so he doesn't go wandering through the house..

Sleeping....ya right!

Hunter sleeps with my husband and I in our bed. He's about 25 pounds and we have had him sleeping with us since he was about 1 1/2 months old. He had an accident the first night away from his litter but he has done better since then. It was kind of hard to house train him but now he wakes us up in the middle of the night if he has to go out with a little whimper and a gentle tap on the face with his huge paws. Gotta love him!:D

I am soooo happy to hear that we are not the only ones with furry bed invaders. :p We started with a crate in a seperate room, then he moved to our room with his crate. When he was about 2 months he got sick and we needed to monitor him so he moved to the bed and has never left. Now he snuggles up right in between us and pushes us with his paws to give him more room!! Right now it's no big deal becasue he is only 35 lbs and we have a queen but i worry about what we are going to do once he gets bigger.
