It’s not so much the fat content you need to worry about - it's the sugar and sodium, and all brands like Jif and Skippy are loaded with both. They do have "Simply Jif" which has lower sugar and sodium content. But I buy organic salt free Peanut Butter at my local health food store (I personally don’t like it but Owen LOVES it

) – there is 1 ingredient in it, peanuts, compared to all the additives in the popular store bought brands – just look at the ingredient list and you’ll see what I mean. Though is can be messier to put in Kongs b/c it doesn’t have all those additives/preservatives in it to keep the oil from separating so it’s runnier but its much healthier for them.
If you don’t have access to something like that then I would get the low sodium/low sugar PB, something like Simply Jif.
