I'm a Pet Stylist. Started at 16 grooming neighbor's dogs. Got a "paying" job at 18, opened my own shop- "Lori's Pupourri" in 1990. Re-opened a new shop with some other groomers-"Doggie Styles" in 2001. September marks my 22nd year in pet styling! RUMOR:D

I work at the local hospital as a radiologic and CT technologist. I've applied for nursing school at the community college here in town for 1-03 so hopefully I get in.

I'm a speech-language therapist for kids from 3 to 14 years of age. We also own a campground, deli, and gift store in CA that we work in the summer. Not this year, though. I'm staying home to take care of the new puppy and her older sister and swing on my hammock in the backyard while the dogs make me laugh!!!

I am a neonatal nurse. I work with sick and premature infnats. I love my job. I am looking into PA or nurse anesthesists. Can't decide. Marq is an information specialist. He runs computers at an accounting firm.

911 Dispatch Supervisor

I work as a 911 Dispatch Supervisor on the night shift. I was an operator for seven years, answering 911 calls and working on the radio. I have been a supervisor for almost 2 years now and mainly I offer assistance/guidance to the operators. I still answer the 911 calls when needed but mostly I observe the operators performance, and fix things when they are broke. I really enjoy my job and am proud to say Pinellas County has one of the best 911 Dispatch Centers nationwide. Yes, it does get crazy at times, but the karmic rewards of the job are tremendous!
And if all else goes bad, I have two beautiful boxers waiting for me at home who will give me kisses till it all goes away.:p

I am a Publications Director for the Northern California Section of the PGA. I help publish a magazine that we put out four times a year, as well as an Annual Membership Directory. :D

Public relations rep. for a public utility. Made the switch after years as a newspaper reporter! Still using journalism, but with higher pay and no marathon city council meetings!

The facility holds approx. 100 women and 1000 men. It's a pre trial holding facility for detainees waiting to go to court or doing county time 18 months or less. :D

Bridal Gown Consultant

I am a bridal gown consultant at the largest store in the USA!! I basically help girls find their "perfect gown" -- It is pretty fun - but I have been thinking about going back to school to get a teaching degree - summers off would be nice!!
