Minivans are about a foot shorter than a regular van and are designed for families. Lots of cup holders and such.

As for me I drive a 1998 Mustang convertible. My husband ordered it in the color I wanted for our first anniversary. He offered to buy another one a few years ago, but I would have had to trade this one in and I said no. When I travel I take my husband's Ford Explorer Sport. It is the 2 door version of the Explorer. (which they don't make anymore. ) It is Army green. I named Odie, for olive drab. :) The back window is on my avatar.
Soooo jealous Pam... David had a 93 mustang convertible and we sold it shortly after we had it (why selling and buying various mustangs is a hobby for my husband...I have no clue!!) But that was the one mustang he had I actually really loved... The rest were just racing type mustangs that all the young boys thought were cool, I actually liked the convertible...if I was rich I would totally get one of the new suburbans, PLENTY of room for the fur and skin kids!!! But that's not gonna happen anytime soon... Their HUGE though!!!!!

2008 Toyota RAV4... bought it new - only has 51,000 miles on it. Love it! When travelling, Tucker gets the entire back seat & still have plenty of room in back for luggage, etc.

I drive a 2010 Nissan Pathfinder and my husband drives a 2007 Mazda Miata MX5. I'd love to have a truck again, especially a Dodge Ram 1500, which is what I used to drive. Maybe some day...

I have a 2003 Honda Accord. We are looking to upgrade maybe to 2014 or 2015 Honda Accord Sport. If we do go with another Honda this will be our 3rd in a period of 20 years. Very reliable cars! We are also looking at 2015 Acura TSX, or a Lexus, but maybe out of our price range. Would love an Audi, that ain't happening.

Our workhorse car is a Fiat Multipla which I have to say does the job really well. Good driving position higher up off the road, 3 seats in the front so our son has never been bored in the car with the "are we there yet" thing going on lol, back seats come out so plenty dog space and still have all the space in the boot to use. Other car is the rather lovely Bertone designed Alfa Romeo GT and the wee sporty number owned for over 20 years is a Fiat X1/9 caricon
